If you're into bush walking, golf, fishing, swimming or just looking forward to enjoying a good book and a relaxing time in a beautiful rural environment, Birchwood Retreat and Mirboo North have got it all. Crystal-clear streams brimming with blackfish and trout will tempt and delight those who fish. There's a full 18-hole golf course close by. The Strzelecki Ranges and Tarra Bulga National Park are a bush walker's heaven, with panoramic views and a wide range of flora and fauna. The Mirboo North-Boolarra rail trail gives visitors the opportunity to "walk the line".

Room Types
Cottage 3	Cottage 3 has two bedrooms with queen beds in each and the second bedroom has a set of bunks. All cottages have spacious open plan living areas, with fully equipped fully self contained kitchens. All bedroom, bathroom linen and accessories are supplied. In the true country tradition, a cosy wood heater in the living area provides ample heating while creating a special ambience. Each cottage is equipped with a television and DVD player and provides parking for two vehicles. This cottage has full disabled facilities as well as a second toilet and laundry, making it ideal for extended stays.
Cottage 2	Cottage 2 has a single bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed plus a sofa bed in the lounge. All cottages have spacious open plan living areas, with fully equipped fully self contained kitchens. All bedroom, bathroom linen and accessories are supplied. In the true country tradition, a cosy wood heater in the living area provides ample heating while creating a special ambience. Each cottage is equipped with a television and DVD player and provides parking for two vehicles

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposits - A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking with the balance due on arrival. If you wish to notify us of payment by phone or fax please choose that option. If doing so you must confirm within 24 hours. Cheque payment may be used for deposit.

Cancellations - If notified 14 days or more prior to booking, a full refund will apply. If notified under 14 days from booking 50% refund will apply. If notified under 7 days from booking no refund will apply.
